Dermaplaning Light Peel Treatment

Service Description

Dermaplaning Light Peel Treatment

Dermaplaning light peel is an effective in-clinic treatment used to exfoliate dead skin cells and remove unwanted vellus (peach fuzz) hair.
The treatment uses a straight edge surgical blade, giving you an exfoliation like microdermabrasion without the negative pressure.
A dermaplane session can give you smooth and exfoliated skin, but the benefits do not end with skin exfoliation. A chemical peel after your dermaplane session can provide hydration and cleansing to replenish the skin.

If you have uneven pigment, dryness, or fine lines, a light chemical peel combined with dermaplaning might be the right choice. This kind of peel removes just the outer layer of skin (epidermis) in a light exfoliation and results in a healthier glowing skin. We will use a combination of alpha-hydroxy acids and beta-hydroxy acids, such as glycolic acid, lactic acid, salicylic acid and mandelic acid .
All these chemicals are the lightest choices.
There is no downtime after the treatment, and you can remain active at home or at work. The results of the treatment are immediately noticeable.

You can enjoy great results from Dermaplaning Light Peel treatment regardless of age, gender, or skin type. If you have an active infection or acne breakout, you may need to postpone your dermaplane session, as the scalpel may irritate the infected area. Chemical peels may not be recommended if you are pregnant or nursing. Not suitable if you are on antibiotics or have been in the last two weeks.
